1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and optionally a mobile phone number if you enable text alerts.
- Device and telemetry data: feeder controller identifiers, battery voltage, signal strength, temperature, schedules, event logs, and (for GPS-equipped models) device location.
- Order information: shipping address and order contents when you purchase from our shop. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
- Usage data: standard web logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate your feeder controllers and the WildCore cloud portal.
- To send notifications you configure, such as feed confirmations, missed check-in alerts, and battery alerts, by email or text message.
- To fulfill orders, provide customer support, and maintain the security of our services.
- To improve our products and services.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
3. Information Sharing
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate WildCore — such as cellular connectivity providers, payment processing, shipping carriers, and messaging delivery providers — and only to the extent required to provide the service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to WildCore text alerts, the following terms apply:
- Program description: WildCore sends transactional text messages including account verification codes, feeder device status alerts (such as missed check-in, low battery, feed level, and firmware update results), and registration confirmations.
- Opt-in: You opt in through the WildCore customer portal by affirmatively checking an unchecked consent box, providing your mobile phone number, and confirming a one-time verification code sent to that number. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your devices, device activity, and the notification settings you select.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling text alerts in your account settings. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message, or visit mywildcore.com/support for assistance.
- Mobile phone numbers collected for text alerts are used solely to deliver the messages described above and are never sold or shared for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication in the customer portal. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain account and device data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Choices
- You can review and update your account information at any time in the portal.
- You can disable email or text notifications at any time in your account settings.
- You may request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting us.
8. Children's Privacy
WildCore products and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
